NorthFresh Sushi at the Yacht Club was phenomenal - freshest salmon/tuna I've had in Bend! My wife had the poke bowl and I had the sushi burrito (but I finished what she couldn't eat). Both were incredible, and Jeff's dad, who was filling in, made my burrito look like a work of art! Great service, seating, and location.
Fun place to meet friends. Shaded seating is available. You can even bring your dog and your kids. And the seats were pretty comfortable. The food choices were really good and high-quality. I had some of the best nigiri ever! The Mexican place called Barrio had a great bowl. The pizzas looked outrageously delicious, and the tater tots were like nothing I’ve ever seen before! There was a huge bar area. Such a great place.
Bingo was a blast - supported the local dog rescue and wasn’t too crowded. The puppies were off in the corner and they would make the rounds based on your groups interest in meeting them. $5 per set of 2 bingo cards. They accept card. Check out the stickers at the bar cashier station, hilarious selection. Unhinged and whimsical.
There may not be water around, still wonder why is called a Yacht Club, but suspect it is just about being creative and fun which is a hallmark of visiting Central Oregon.
Food trucks were fun and offered up great food. Tots, covered with the perfect bleu cheese sauce proved to be the right choice for me....no skimpy serving here.
Fun place to gather your friends around for catching up with a craft beer to add just the right accomplishment.
Awesome food and awesome service…. Atmosphere is fantastic…. We aren’t local people but we were treated like we belonged!!
Craft beer, food trucks, safe crowds and not enough seats. I stopped in on a Thursday evening and the patio was packed with no open tables. I was hungry but found all of the food trucks a little too artsy for me, plus didn't want to stand with a beer and try and eat. They have about 20 beers on tap and coolers full of other options.
Another bustling food cart beer garden. Great food options, plenty of seating. Not as close to downtown but there was more space, and gave it a more relaxed vibe. Worth going the little extra distance.
Another excellent find for food and drinks. Classic outdoor food lot with 5+ different food cuisines. Indoor space is open industrial with ample seating that flows outside. Family friendly with live music. Plenty of beer and wine to choose from. I enjoyed that they selected several breweries from outside the area, and are hosting other beer events. Prices as expected. A much needed asset in the NE side of Bend.
